The Food & Beverage Committee succeeded in keeping all the volunteers well fed and hydrated during the community build May 9-11. The community responded to their pleas with a bounty of food!

  • Gift certificates from Greenstar Cooperative Market, P&C, TOPS Markets, and Wegmans

    Many families donated paper products, beverages, snacks, fruit, and out-of-this-world baked goods (many raved about the scrumptious apple cake and chocolate cake, among many others). THANK YOU!

    Thanks too to the Caroline Parent Teachers Association for contributing funds to buy muffins, bagels, and donuts and other items.

The stunning amount and variety of food was pleasure for the senses. Volunteers had a variety of options to choose from at all the meals -- 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners. Extras were donated to a local food bank, the Slaterville Fire Company, and Caroline Elementary.

Enormous thanks to the Food & Beverage Committee for an over-the-top superb job: Sara Catterall, Sarah Christen (chair), Merri Goodrow, Paula Klaben, and Sarah Tarrow (chair). Thanks too to the many volunteers who prepared and served during the build. Many of these volunteers also helped build!
